Bella Queen Palace specializes in premium Grade A+ human hair, HD lace closures, HD lace frontals, glueless wigs, luxury lashes, and beauty accessories. Product images are taken using real products whenever possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and device displays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Bella Queen Palace reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or inventory availability at any time.

Payments

Payment is required in full before any order is processed or shipped.

We accept all major payment methods available through our secure checkout.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Bella Queen Palace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once payment has been submitted.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only accept exchanges on eligible items within 3 business days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

Hair must remain unused.
Hair cannot be removed from the bundle.
Hair cannot be combed, brushed, cut, washed, installed, colored, bleached, heat styled, or chemically processed.
Original packaging must remain intact.
Proof of purchase is required.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

We will review your request and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
